My order says delivered after time being extended 3 times - This is a limitation on your 3rd party ordering platforms system, due to our vast delivery range we have minimum order total that orders must meet and some times the ordering apps "allow" some orders that don't meet the minimum through to increase their sales. Our store does not receive any orders that do not meet these orders and hope this changes soon. For now please order direct on our website to avoid any inconveniences.
I can't call the shop - It's possible our incoming phone lines are closed, they're open 9am-7pm. Our staff will always make outbound calls to customers if there is an issue or an update they need to inform.
