Orders can be cancelled up to the point our staff start working on them. For some types of orders that is immediately as the order was placed. For scheduled orders, that is a certain amount of time before the collection time. For that reason, we can not offer refunds and cancellations for all orders.
In case of failure to delivery listed in our Shipping Policy, a refund process will not be initiated.
